The Workforce Programme is focused on developing capacity and capability in the public health, practitioner and wider workforce. The key objectives, actions and outcomes of the Workforce Programme can be found in the ChaMPs Business Plan.
The focus of this year's work has been on the succesful delivery of the CPD programme that supports the current Public Health transition agenda. Workplace Health and the behaviour change agenda also form key strands of work within the workforce programme.
Regionally the transition agenda is being coordinated by the Transition Alliance which is a colloboration between health, local government and voluntary sector.
