An essential day for the North region targeting: directors, senior leads & commissioners of, urgent and emergency care and primary care, mental health, Cardiovascular disease, diabetes, service transformation, health inequalities and public health, population health and analytical leads. The day will cover the NHS Long Term Plan, reducing health inequalities, what the Long-Term Plan means for the north and how we can work together to reduce health inequalities. The day will also look at NHS RightCare Equality and Health Inequality data packs for effective commissioning and evidence, data sources, notable practice to challenge unwarranted variations.
