Halliwell Jones Stadium, Warrington, Cheshire WA2 7NE
9:00am to 1.00pm

Session Aim:

This half day session aims to equip colleagues with the skills to resolve complex issues and to lead complex change in health and social care when working across organisations and geographical boundaries. It can be used as a refresher for those who attended the previous Skills for System Leadership programme in 2015, provided by PHE, or would equally be beneficial for those who did not attend but would like to improve their skills in managing complex change.
