The purpose of the Public Sector Transformation Programme Board is to implement Cheshire and Warrington’s public service transformation programme, ensuring that this is delivered within a strategic context, and reflects the opportunities and needs of the sub-region. The Programme Board is supporting the delivery of an overarching transformation strategy and developing individual projects to deliver this, providing strategic guidance, direction and operational support to a range of workstreams. The Programme Board will drive forward new thinking in how public services in the area can be delivered differently; to be more effective, more efficient and to achieve better outcomes for residents, service users and businesses.
Champs Public Health Collaborative has a seat on the Board occupied by Director of Public Health for Cheshire East, Fiona Reynolds, providing us with the opportunity to both influence and align the Champs Collaborative programme with the news PSTB programme.
Various papers are presented at the board which will be available shortly.
